Seafood reduces the risk of heart disease and lowers blood triglycerides.  It helps in lowering blood pressure and reduces the risk of heart disease by improving the heart’s function and reduces damage. Also helps improving the symptoms of inflammatory diseases such as arthritis and psoriasis. Omega 3 content benefits the nervous system and its development like brain, and eye.
